Pravin Thite is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader with over 17 years of experience across global IT consulting, staffing, delivery management, and talent acquisition. After a successful corporate career working with industry leaders like Wipro, Capgemini, and Persistent Systems, and managing recruitment operations for top-tier clients such as Capital One, Gartner, and Century 21, Pravin made a bold pivot into the world of food entrepreneurship.

Fuelled by his deep-rooted passion for Maharashtrian culture and cuisine, he launched Thecha Vadapav with a mission to bring authentic, fiery flavors to a wider audience—while also building a business model that’s simple, scalable, and franchise-friendly. His vision led to the creation of a chefless, quick-service format that ensures consistency, quality, and profitability across all outlets.

Beyond food, Pravin is also the founder of Cyber Launchers, a tech training consultancy that bridges the gap between education and employability by offering cutting-edge courses in Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Technologies.
